Preparation:

  1. Pour 8 glasses of water into a pitcher.
  1. Finely grate a ginger and add 1 teaspoon of grated ginger root in the water.
  1. Take a fresh cucumber and peel it off. Cut it into thin slices and add it to the water in the pitcher as well.
  1. Next, cut a lemon into slices and pick around 12-15 fresh leafs of spearmint. Add both the ingredients to the pitcher water.
