My name is Chris, founder and owner of The Leake Agency, and we are looking for INDEPENDENT LIFE INSURANCE AGENTS who are ready to learn the business, work hard, have fun, and finally earn what you’re worth.

This is a 1099 independently contracted commission selling position. You will be selling life insurance ONLY to people who have already reached out and asked for someone to help them with life insurance. (No cold calling.)
✅ Full-Time = 35-45 hours per week and can earn $7,000-$12,000+++ per month.
✅ Part-Time = 15-20 hours per week and can earn $2,500-$5,000+ per month.

Our Story
Three years ago I was burned out after two failed businesses, in debt, and struggling to provide for my wife and 4 kids. I got introduced to the insurance business and, frankly, I was skeptical. It sounded too good to be true. And I had no experience whatsoever in financial services or in sales. 🤔
But I’m a hard worker, I like people, and it seemed like a good company. So I decided to give it a shot. It was plenty of work learning a brand new industry and new skills, but so very worth it. Everything I had been told about the industry was absolutely true, and even more. 🔥
Fast forward to today and I’m making almost twice as much money as I’d dared to hope I’d be making by now, I can take 2-3 weeks off in the summer and around the holidays or whenever I want to do family stuff, and I'm building my own life insurance agency that I own. Best of all, my growing team and I have been able to train many other new agents in the business, teach them the same things we've learned, and help them achieve success as well. 🚀
